Reboot Dorset is a 5 day residential Fitness Boot Camp based in the UK. Each week aims to educate its clients about the advantages of healthy eating, positive thinking and physical activity. During each boot camp we take video footage throughout the week and compile a film of everyone’s best bits. This is the 19 – 23 September 2019 Boot Camp and here is what they had to say about their experience..
