Some potentially triggering topics include: integration from structural dissociation, food stamps and Mk targeting, child alters and overspending, mindfulness and the consequences of being unmindful about food when homeless, autism and overstimulation, panhandling and explicitly asking for things one needs, our birthday, getting robbed, weed, period stuff, soup kitchens and allergies, energy and trauma work to treat acid reflux and block energetic attacks, nutrition and minimizing sugar intake, addiction, a couple of common ra/mc trigger foods
We also want to give a warning that at times, lights flash on and behind us, and there is a light in the background that changes colors at a moderate pace. We didn’t notice when recording the video that the colorful light was visible and while we feel it is best if we post this anyway, we are sorry if it triggers anyone.
We also want to acknowledge that we didn’t talk about eating disorders (except for a brief reference to obsessing on being healthy), nor did we give advice specifically for people with drug addictions, but these are things we intend to do in later videos if we can (we may edit the title of this to say “Food Pt 1” so we can add additional parts, but we’re not sure if we’ll do it that way yet).
